I.P.S was established in January 1996 and was based on the accumulated expertise of long-term activity in different fields of power electronics in Israel, USA and Europe and on a result of over 3 years of marketing activity in Eastern Europe, Baltics and CIS countries. The I.P.S. main market segment is critical electrical power consumers, which need to protect their equipment of any disturbances and outages of main electrical power source.

I.P.S. is a system integrator and a distributor of world leading power equipment manufacturers, as well as a manufacturer of diesel and gasoline driven generating sets.

I.P.S. is active in Ukraine, Russia, Baltic States, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Poland. In addition to the Partner Companies (I.P.S. group), a network of dealers and distributors has been established, providing for the customers turnkey solutions and technical support for electrical power back up, power monitoring and power management devices and systems.

The financial activities, logistics and strategic marketing is conducted from the I.P.S. offices in Israel.
